Forgot Password

Can’t log in? Use the password reset page at /forgot-password to get back in minutes. Enter the email address tied to your account, follow the reset link you receive, and create a new, strong password. If the reset email doesn’t appear, check your spam folder and any filtered tabs in your inbox.

Keep your password simple to remember, but hard to guess—aim for at least 10 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid reusing passwords across sites, and never share your login details with anyone.

When the automatic reset won’t work

If the reset link expires, the emailed link fails to arrive, or you no longer have access to the registered email, contact support directly. Jungle Reels offers live chat and email support at support@junglereels.com. Be ready to confirm account details—such as the email on file, recent deposits, or the last four digits of a payment card—to help speed up verification.

If support asks for identity documents, provide clear copies of requested items only via secure channels indicated by the support team. This helps protect your account, and it’s a standard safety step for account recovery.

What to expect for your funds and bonuses

Resetting your password does not cancel active bets or pending withdrawals. However, withdrawing while bonus funds are active can affect bonus eligibility. For example, welcome and daily free-spin offers at Jungle Reels have specific rules:

• Welcome Mega Reel: up to 500 free spins on Starburst with a minimum deposit of $10, 10x wagering on bonus winnings, and a maximum cashout of $250, subject to full bonus terms.
• Daily Free Spins Wheel and Turbo Reel promotions follow similar 10x wagering rules, minimum deposit rules, and maximum cashout limits, and some promotions are restricted in certain countries, including Australia, Netherlands, Romania, South Africa, Sweden, and United States.

Always read the full terms and conditions for a promotion before claiming it—wagering contributions, maximum bets while on bonus funds, expiration, and conversion rules vary by offer.

Keep your account safer going forward

• Use a password manager to generate and store unique passwords.
• Enable any additional security measures offered in your account settings, such as two-factor authentication, if available.
• Monitor account activity and contact support immediately if you see unfamiliar transactions.

Jungle Reels supports fast, secure payments with MasterCard, Neteller, PayPal, PaySafeCard, Skrill, and Visa, and accepts euros and British pounds for transactions. It also features games from top providers like NetEnt, Microgaming, Yggdrasil, and Pragmatic Play, including Starburst—the slot tied to many free-spin offers.
